ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC SCHOOL

My name is Elayna Uhing, and I will be working here at St. Joseph’s as a para for the 2023-2024 school year! I am a current senior at Pius X high school, and I work at Beyond the Bell here. A little bit about me is that I love creating art, specifically painting and graphic design. I enjoy playing guitar and going line and swing dancing on Sunday nights at Pla Mor ballroom. In my free time you might find me kayaking and spending time outdoors. I have worked as a babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, and a daycare worker, and through this the Lord has revealed to me a deep love I have of caring for others! I’m looking forward to helping out with the kids here at St. Joe’s because they never fail to put a smile on my face and make me laugh! I’m so lucky that I get to further my experience in childcare within the Catholic schools!
