Mrs. Minchow teaches computer science to Grades K-8 at St. Joseph School. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Education and Human Science. She previously taught Fourth Grade for two years at St. Michael and began teaching computer part-time at St. Joseph in 2020. In her free time, Mrs. Minchow enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, watching football, reading, being outdoors, and playing Pitch.
