Hi! my name is Dorothy Urbanovsky. I graduated from Great Plains Culinary Institute in 2020 with a degree in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry. In my free time I enjoy baking/cake decorating, biking, camping and traveling. Working at St Joseph’s has been such a blessing so far and I look forward to expanding my skills and knowledge here.
