SCRIP is an innovative program at St. Joseph School that enables parishioners and school families to provide significant financial support to the school through simply shopping at grocery, restaurant, and retail vendors that they visit each day.
Here’s how it works. Gift cards in varying amounts for over 100 area vendors are sold before and after each weekly Mass, as well as through the SCRIP school "backpack" program. Between three and twenty percent of the proceeds from each card (depending upon the vendor agreement), come back to the school and parish automatically. SCRIP proceeds provide funding for many school resources and activities including classroom materials, school activities, an annual subscription to the Nebraska Federation of Catholic School Parents newsletter for all St. Joseph families, and more.
Below is the current SCRIP order form as of October 19, 2024. Forms will also be available at the SCRIP counter in the Narthex. Please discard any old forms you may have.
