Hi my name is Tan Luu and I graduated from The Great Plains Culinary Institute of America in 2020 with a degree in Culinary Arts. I enjoy cooking a variety of different dishes from around the world. I’m excited to be at St. Joseph’s and look forward to learning from everyone here.
