Elise Kathol is excited to be part of the Kindergarten team at St. Joseph School! She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an additional endorsement in K-12 Music. She is thankful for the time she has spent teaching in Catholic schools through practicums, substitute teaching, and Cor Jesu Rex summer catechesis. Mrs. Kathol has a passion for getting her students excited about reading and is so excited to dive into reading with her class! Additionally, she is so eager to help her students understand their identity as children of God and learn what it means to follow Him. She is trained in the BIST model. In her free time, Mrs. Kathol enjoys painting and sacred artwork, playing piano for Mass, and spending quality time with her 7 younger sisters.
