Crissy Chadwick brings 17 years of teaching experience to St. Joseph School families. With a bachelor’s degree in education, Mrs. Chadwick also has completed master's degree coursework in technology and education, and elementary education writing techniques. She is certified in the Boys Town Education Model and has received training and education in other state-of-the-art educational approaches including Six Traits Writing, Math Response to Intervention (RTI), the Dr. Scott Purdy Time Management for Teachers Workshop, and extensive technology training in tools such as Smartboard, Blackboard, PowerPoint and the internet, which she utilizes daily with her students. Mrs. Chadwick also thoroughly enjoys taking her 4th grade students back in time each year to the annual Heritage School, a one-room school house built in 1863, located in Pioneers Park, that enables her students to dress up like pioneers and to experience a day in the life of a pioneer school.
