Sister Regina Marie is a member of the School Sisters of Christ the King, a diocesan Community of Sisters dedicated to spreading Christ’s Kingdom through Catholic education. Sister has been teaching at St. Joseph School since 2019. She has over 10 years of teaching experience and has taught 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grades in several different schools in the Diocese. She is also a graduate of St. Joseph School!

Sister Regina Marie enjoys incorporating ways to help her students be creative in showing what they’ve learned in the classroom. She also enjoys the challenge of keeping students engaged in what they are learning and helping those who struggle be successful in the classroom. One of Sister Regina Marie’s greatest joys in teaching fifth grade is getting to prepare the students for the sacrament of Confirmation each year. She loves getting to see her students faith grow as they learn about the power of the Holy Spirit and the lives of the saints.

When not at school, Sister likes to spend time with her Sisters, read historical fiction books and write letters to family and friends.
